Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive in Human Resources, based in Gurgaon. The Senior Executive will oversee HR management, handle HR operations, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. Responsibilities include overseeing staff recruitment, fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, implementing best HR practices, and supporting long-term human resource strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in HR Management, including talent acquisition, employee development, and workforce planning.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations and implementing HR processes across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive Employee Relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of HR Policies, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices in Human Resources (HR).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple HR functions.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
