Key responsibilities
- Support in Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of franchises.
- Process hire, train and inspire the new onboarded franchisees/ SBP.
- Developing franchising opportunities and offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchise.
- Ensure planning and managing the franchisees/ SBP business and services and performance.
- Streamline these for efficient communication between company's internal teams and Franchisees/ SBP as per organizational requirement
- Regular interval franchise performance to be evaluated.
- Ensuring franchise compliance with franchise/ SBP agreement.
- Regular interaction company and franchise/ SBP
- Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability for productive partner relationship.
- Communicating with regional business managers and ensuring that all processes flow smoothly.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development/ Sales, Operations) in order to meet franchise/ SBP performance objectives.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of Franchisee Business
- Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in Franchisee development
- Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership.
- Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
- Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
- Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
