• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely order processing and adherence to customer SLAs.
• Handle warehouse operations for multiple clients across Cosmetics, Apparel, and FMCG industries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory.
• Supervise GRN, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse manpower to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve operational queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate MIS reports and analyze operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Work on WMS platforms such as Unicommerce, SAP, EasyEcom, or similar.
