About The Role

This role sits within GCPL's in-house digital desk, managing programmatic and other digital buying and campaign execution for GCPL brand portfolio Globally. The team works closely with brand, media, and agency stakeholders, giving the person clear visibility into how digital spend connects to business results across categories. You will plan and execute programmatic media campaigns across GCPL's brand portfolio, owning DV360 as the primary platform, to make sure digital media spend is delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Direct, hands-on ownership of DV360 and programmatic strategy for large FMCG brands, with exposure across the full media mix.
  • Faster learning - closer to brand and business decisions, with real budget ownership and visible media outcomes
  • Structured exposure to GCPL's category and consumer data, brand safety and measurement practices, and marketing effectiveness frameworks
  • Opportunity to work on automation and AI driven optimization and campaign management

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns on DV360 across various formats across India and International markets.
  • Manage audience targeting, bid strategy, and PG/PMP management to meet campaign objectives
  • Ensure inventory quality through brand safety and viewability monitoring
  • Track and report on campaign performance (Reach, viewability, VCR, CPM, CPR) and recommend optimizations
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in campaign delivery
  • Coordinate with trading desks and media agency partners on planning, execution, and budget pacing
  • Manage media budgets, billing, and reconciliation with accuracy
  • Support execution on Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok and The Trade Desk (TTD) as required
  • Track digital media and platform trends relevant to the FMCG category

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in programmatic media, with hands-on DV360 exposure
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel
  • Prior FMCG or media agency experience preferred

Good to Have

  • Working knowledge of TTD, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads
  • Exposure to e-commerce/quick-commerce digital marketing
