Senior Executive - Content & Creative Operation
📍 Mumbai | Hybrid
We’re building a high-output, insight-led performance creative engine and we’re looking for a Content Operations Head who lives and breathes ads. Someone who can break down why content worked yesterday, what will work today, and how to ship better, faster, at scale tomorrow.This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, execution excellence, and performance learning—owning everything from ad ideation to real-time optimisation

What You’ll Do
- Build monthly content plans grounded in performance data.
- Partner closely with brand and performance teams to lock the right problem to solve.
- Write scroll-stopping short-form scripts that hook in the first 3 seconds, and turn them into platform-first ads for Meta, Google, and growth channels—built for how people actually scroll.
- Deep-dive into organic hits, past campaigns, and competitor content to spot repeatable patterns
- Write, rewrite, and scale scripts for A/B testing, and partner with designers to bring scroll-stopping ideas to life.
- Turn insights into strong hooks, formats, and narratives that boost CTR and reduce CPL
- Test fast. Experiment often. Ship at scale and then build systems for speed, quality, and consistency.
- Own content planning and PPMs from brief to final asset.
- Manage creators, influencers, agencies, editors, talent, and production teams
- Own brand TVCs and DVCs from concept to launch.
- 3-5+ years of making content, creatives, or ads that actually move numbers.
- Clear instinct for what makes ads convert
- Obsessed with content—you think, talk, and experiment with it constantly.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running multiple workstreams.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast, high-ownership environments.
- Fluent in regional-first storytelling, especially South Indian markets
- You’ve built (or are building) your own content channel—because you don’t just talk content, you live it
