Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Specialist, based in Gurgaon. The Client Servicing Specialist will manage relationships with clients, coordinate and execute projects, and ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams. They will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. The role also involves addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.

Experience: 2-4 Years ( 2 years in a digital agency)
