Job Description

Monitoring of Export shipments from arrival to final destination

Coordination with Freight Forwarding Team internally / Shipper for timely providing

documents for clearance.

Daily updation to shipper on current status with solutions if any query raised by

customs officer.

Sending DSR everyday to Customer with complete status of report.
Customs Clearance and freight forwarding Management
Priorities the clearance flow in order to achieve fastest transit time possible
Ensure clearance authority held, and clearance is completed in accordance with

the owner 39;s instructions

Ensure that correct lodgment declarations are made on behalf of customers, whilst

satisfying the legislation set by Customs, regulatory laws and other regulatory

agencies.

Ensure accurate and up to date information is held on the customer database
Representation amp; Liaison with Customs, Air Cargo Authorities
Timely Billing

Job Description

Perform Implement all Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance Activities such as following upcoming Shipment, Documents Transactions. -

Prepare all Documents required export.

Require to be fully conversant with Export process Regulations. - Keep up to date with Changes as they occur on Export Restrictions, Tariff Systems, Insurance Requirements all other Customs related Matters.
