Role Summary


This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive position based in Cochin. Working on behalf of our client, your main goal will be to find and sign up individual retail customers for financial products and investment services.


The right candidate will meet clients regularly, follow up quickly on leads, manage their sales pipeline, and ensure customer onboarding paperwork is completed smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition: Find, approach, and build a steady list of retail investors through daily prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Meeting Targets: Regularly hit and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets using effective sales methods.
  • Relationship Management: Meet clients in person, understand what they need, suggest the right financial solutions, and help them with any investment questions.
  • Tracking Sales: Keep clear, accurate records of your client leads, conversations, and sales progress using tracking tools (CRM).
  • Paperwork & Rules: Work with internal operations teams to process customer documents correctly and follow all banking and financial regulations.

What We Are Looking For


  • Experience: Proven experience in field sales or business development within banking, financial services, NBFCs, wealth management, or stock-broking.
  • Market Knowledge: A good basic understanding of finance, stock trading, equity markets, and investment fundamentals.
  • Communication: Clear, confident speaking and listening skills to interact professionally with clients.
  • Drive: A strong focus on hitting sales targets honestly and professionally.
  • Location: Comfort working on the move in a fast-paced field sales environment across the Cochin region. Speaking English and the local language (Malayalam) is highly preferred.

  • Pay: Good Monthly Base Salary + High Performance Incentives.
