Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Alok Industries Ltd., located in Vapi. The Senior Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day operations within their assigned domain, ensuring operational efficiency and effective coordination across teams. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, workflow optimization, supervision of team members, and performance analysis to drive business growth. The role requires close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in strategic planning, process management, and operational optimization
Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of textile industry processes, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields
Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industries
