Role Description

The Senior Event Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of events, including planning, vendor management, coordination, and on-site management, to ensure impeccable delivery. Responsibilities include developing event budgets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all logistical and operational elements are efficiently handled. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute impactful events aligned with client goals and brand identities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Budgeting to effectively plan and oversee event execution while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Strong skills in Event Planning, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and logistical management to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and provide an exceptional event experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to dynamic event environments.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee multiple events simultaneously.
