Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
  • Lead customer engagement and ensure an exceptional hospitality experience for all guests.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate bookings, birthday parties, and group gatherings.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand visibility and footfall.

Manage and mentor junior team members to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.

  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling, event packages, and customer relationship management.
