Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Event Management Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves planning and managing events, coordinating with corporate clients, providing excellent customer service, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of activities. The professional will also contribute to promoting Breakout®'s offerings, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining the high-quality standards for which Breakout® is known.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to provide excellent client interactions and manage expectations professionally.
  • Sales expertise to identify and pursue up-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry is a bonus.
  • Passion for curating exceptional experiences and fostering meaningful connections.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and dynamic event schedules.
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate bookings, birthday parties, and group gatherings.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand visibility and footfall.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling, event packages, and customer relationship management.
  • Candidate is open for a long-term association with the brand.
