Senior Software Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who thrives on building modern, scalable web applications across the full stack. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, performant user experience using modern JavaScript frameworks and Microsoft technologies.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and supporting front-end technologies
Build and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability
Translate UX designs and wireframes into clean, high-quality, maintainable code
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across desktop and mobile devices
Implement responsive design using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and media queries
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to browser behavior, performance, scalability, usability, and testability
Develop and maintain UI components using Kendo UI (grids, charts, and other controls)
Create and maintain RESTful Web APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services
Design and optimize SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views
Utilize object-oriented design principles and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable solutions
Support reporting and data export functionality using Telerik Reporting (PDF, CSV, Excel)
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design through deployment and support
Collaborate with N-tier architecture, including MVC, MVVM, and service-oriented/microservices-based systems

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ECMAScript standards
Deep experience with React.js and its core concepts (state management, hooks, component lifecycle)
Experience with modern React workflows and tooling (e.g., Redux/Flux, Babel, Webpack, NPM)
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and responsive web design
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
Strong background in C#, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
Experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and the .NET Framework
