About The Role
Join us as a Business Analyst to work in digital transformation initiatives across trading, demat, and allied financial services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design efficient workflows, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decisions. This role combines business acumen, technology expertise, and regulatory compliance to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Process Design: Gather and prioritize requirements, map current vs. target workflows, and define success metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline onboarding, reactivation, and modification processes to reduce turnaround time and errors.
- Data & Reporting: Use SQL to build dashboards and reports for funnel metrics, activation status, and operational KPIs.
- Testing & Delivery: Manage functional, integration, and UAT cycles; ensure smooth go-lives and defect resolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, compliance, risk, IT, and vendors to align solutions with regulatory and organizational goals.
- Integration Support : Assist with API integrations.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology, Finance, or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years in financial services (Broking, NBFC, Banking, Fintech, Customer On-Boarding Platform) with tech exposure.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediary Database Backend (SQL server or Oracle).
- Intermediary Frontend (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, dot Net or Java)
- Basic Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Visio/Lucidchart, and wireframe design, but not mandatory.
- Business Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Added Advantage: Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Product/Project Management, Cloud or any programming languages.
