Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Instrumentation

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Instrumentation located in Indore. The role involves overseeing instrumentation systems, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal functioning of equipment. The candidate will also manage the installation, calibration, and repair of instrumentation devices while adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals is expected.

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining instrumentation systems, including calibration, troubleshooting, and fault rectification
• Knowledge of process automation and field instrumentation devices
• Experience in preventive maintenance and condition monitoring techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in SAP, PLC, and SCADA systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
