The Senior Engineer – After Sales (Service Support) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role involves providing technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring effective resolution of issues related to compact tractor performance. The selected candidate will coordinate with sales and service teams, address service inquiries, develop and execute service plans, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. This role requires skilled analysis of technical problems and the ability to deliver excellent post-sales service.

• Strong technical support and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve tractor-related issues effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in sales operations and after-sales coordination to ensure seamless customer support.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and handle customer-facing responsibilities effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills and knowledge of agricultural machinery will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred.
