Senior Electrical Site Engineer

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in power/utility projects, including 3+ years in substation or power plant projects.
• Previous client/industry approval required.
• Proven experience in HV / EHV substation construction and commissioning.
• Immediate availability and flexibility to work across KSA.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise HV / EHV substation construction and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and control project schedules and timelines.
• Lead and mentor site engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and site coordination activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
