What is the work?

  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize enterprise SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with customer journey stages and search intent.
  • Build topical authority through pillar pages, service clusters, industry-specific resources, whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, and thought leadership content.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create technically accurate, AI-friendly, and EEAT-compliant content.
  • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, service pages, blogs, internal linking, metadata, Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, UX/UI, and Content teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated throughout website development and deployment.
  • Monitor website health, indexing issues, structured data implementation, and technical performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other enterprise SEO tools.
  • Build domain authority through ethical digital PR, outreach campaigns, backlink acquisition, citation management, and strategic content partnerships.
  • Design and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to maximize visibility in Google AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, Knowledge Panels, and People Also Ask sections.
  • Structure content using FAQs, question-answer formats, comparison tables, checklists, how-to guides, glossary pages, and schema markup to improve answer engine visibility.
  • Implement structured data (Schema.org) including FAQ, HowTo, Article, Organization, Product, SoftwareApplication, LocalBusiness, Breadcrumb, and Review schema.
  • Create concise, authoritative, citation-worthy content that directly answers user intent and improves zero-click search visibility.
  • Develop reusable knowledge assets that can be surfaced by AI-powered search assistants.
  • Develop and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve discoverability across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google AI Mode.
  • Optimize content for Large Language Models (LLMs) by improving semantic relevance, entity relationships, topical authority, contextual completeness, and EEAT signals.
  • Build entity-based content clusters, topic hubs, knowledge graphs, and semantic interlinking strategies.
  • Improve brand citations and authoritative references across trusted third-party websites, communities, industry publications, documentation platforms, and knowledge sources.
  • Monitor AI-generated responses, brand citations, and discoverability across AI search platforms, continuously refining content structure, factual accuracy, and semantic optimization.
  • Utilize AI platforms for content research, content optimization, competitor analysis, keyword clustering, workflow automation, and campaign planning.
  • Develop AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining originality, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI marketing technologies to improve productivity and search visibility.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create, curate, schedule, and optimize high-quality written, visual, and video content aligned with brand positioning.
  • Increase engagement through community management, influencer outreach, employee advocacy, and brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate paid social media campaigns to support lead generation, employer branding, and awareness objectives.
  • Measure and continuously optimize social media performance using analytics and engagement insights.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across SEO, AEO, GEO, AI visibility, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build executive dashboards measuring keyword rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, conversions, featured snippets, AI citations, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Provide monthly strategic recommendations based on analytics, competitor intelligence, and emerging search trends.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Content, Design, Development, Product, and Sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and digital marketing executives.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search evolution, LLM advancements, and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure continuous competitive advantage.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, Content Strategy, and SMO.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings, qualified traffic, lead generation, and digital visibility for B2B organizations.
  • Deep understanding of modern search ecosystems including Google Search, AI Overviews, Bing, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Sitebulb, and enterprise SEO platforms.
  • Experience implementing structured data, semantic SEO, entity optimization, knowledge graph strategies, and EEAT best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of schema markup, NLP-based search optimization, vector search concepts, and AI content optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Frase, MarketMuse, or equivalent platforms for research and optimization.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with content, development, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of website technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.), and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with PPC, paid social campaigns, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, or AI-powered digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
