About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our multi-channel marketing efforts. You will lead campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and social, and translate data into growth. This role suits someone who can think strategically and still get hands-on with execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets to hit CPL and ROAS targets.
• Build full-funnel strategies that connect SEO, content, email, and paid channels.
• Generate MQLs on assigned projects
• Track performance in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, then turn numbers into clear actions.
• Run conversion rate optimization tests on landing pages and key funnels.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ship campaigns on time.
• Manage marketing automation and lifecycle flows across email and other channels.
• Report on KPIs to leadership with honest reads on what worked and what did not.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.  Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic work together.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing budgets and small teams is a plus.
