Senior Digital Expert – Liability Journey

Job description :

• Drive the end-to-end transformation of liabilities onboarding journeys across fully digital and assisted channels, with focus on journey design, process digitization, testing coordination, development execution, and API/integration readiness.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear user journeys, process flows, BRDs, test scenarios, and implementation requirements for Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Video KYC, Video Banking, Video PD and other liability onboarding journeys.
• Work closely with Product Owner, technical teams, partner development teams, SIT/UAT teams and rollout teams to ensure timely sprint execution, defect resolution, testing closure, and smooth production deployment.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Information Security and Service Quality SPOCs to ensure regulatory, operational, security and customer experience requirements are embedded in journey design and delivery.
• Contribute to business outcomes by monitoring onboarding funnel performance, customer drop-offs, TAT, conversion, adoption and post-launch feedback, and support continuous improvements to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
• Drive digital liabilities onboarding initiatives for Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits and allied journeys to improve acquisition, conversion and business throughput.
• Prepare and manage project plans, sprint requirements and delivery milestones for digital acquisition and assisted onboarding initiatives.
• Track onboarding funnel performance, TAT, drop-offs, conversion, adoption and productivity benefits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with business and channel teams to enable usage, adoption and growth of digital liability onboarding platforms.

Educational :

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• Engineering background is preferred

Experience :

• 10-12 Years of overall experience in BFSI
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing liability products, sales and marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project management, agile framework, writing user journeys etc.
