Key Responsibilities

Lead DevOps strategy and mentor the DevOps team.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for low‑latency trading systems.
Manage hybrid infra across AWS, GCP, and on‑prem data centers.
Drive IaC using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes.
Oversee monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
Implement DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance (SEBI).
Lead performance tuning and RCA for high‑throughput systems.

Required Skills

10+ yrs DevOps experience, 6+ yrs leadership.
Strong expertise in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
Advanced Terraform, Helm, Linux, networking.
Python/Bash/Go scripting.
Strong security & IAM understanding.

Good to have

Experience in HFT/low‑latency systems.
FIX protocol, FPGA, or network optimization.
Redis, Nginx, or real‑time systems.
