Senior Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work with a Nutrition care company is leading the way by scaling dietitian-led Food as Medicine interventions. Personalized virtual nutrition care from experts you can trust. The role should be capable of Project Management and Scrum Master related role and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Define project milestones and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and scope
• Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly regarding AI model accuracy and clinical safety
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain a high team velocity
• Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for the development phase

Requirements:

• Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience between 6 to 10 years max
• Certification in Agile (CSM) or PMP is highly desirable
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impact
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management suites
