We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain core product features across both frontend and backend. You’ll ship end-to-end functionality—from UI workflows to APIs and data models—working closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver a fast, reliable, and intuitive user experience.

Frontend

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React + TypeScript + Next.js
• Translate workflows into intuitive UI (tables, forms, approval flows, dashboards)
• Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser consistency
• Create reusable components, design-system patterns, and UI documentation

Backend

• Design and build APIs (REST/GraphQL) and core backend services to power product workflows
• Model data and implement business logic (permissions/roles, approvals, audit trails, etc.)
• Integrate with third-party services and internal systems
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance (logging, metrics, tracing, error handling)

End-to-end ownership

• Collaborate with product/design to define UX patterns and backend contracts
• Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation across the stack
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across UI, APIs, and data layers
• Own features end-to-end—from spec to release to iteration

• 6–10+ years building modern web applications as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong React + TypeScript skills, including component architecture and state management
• Strong backend fundamentals: API design, authentication/authorization, data modeling, and performance
• Experience building production systems with at least one backend stack (Preferably Java)
• Comfortable working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORMs
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly

• Experience with B2B SaaS, workflow products, data-heavy UI, Role based access control, and permissioning
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud deployment, and infrastructure basics (e.g., Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, queues, and background jobs

• AI-powered development workflow (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Codex)
• Experience integrating LLM/AI features into product (prompting, review flows, evaluations)
• Testing experience across the stack:
• Frontend: Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress
• Backend: unit/integration testing, contract tests
