🔹 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Structures and Algorithms Faculty based in Kakinada.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering comprehensive courses in Data Structures & Algorithms
• Guiding students through advanced problem-solving techniques
• Mentoring students on platforms such as LeetCode and other coding environments
• Developing structured curriculum materials and learning resources
• Conducting assessments and tracking student performance
• Ensuring curriculum alignment with current industry standards and trends
• Contributing to the long-term academic architecture of the TEN Program

This role requires deep conceptual clarity and the ability to teach beyond shortcuts.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving Techniques
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Java, Python, or C++)
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in relevant subjects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in curriculum development and academic content creation
• Ability to engage, mentor, and motivate students
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Industry experience in software development is an added advantage
• Fluency in both Telugu and English is mandatory
