About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on impactful data-driven problem statements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks, along with strong domain knowledge in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking. This is an IC4 individual contributor role that requires both technical depth and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis, build and optimize classification/regression models, and create visualizations.
• Work with numeric, imaging, and textual data for wrangling and insights.
• Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science solutions and ML services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively learn new technologies, and adapt to evolving data science methodologies.
• Mentor junior members and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
• 3+ years in exploratory data analysis, visualization, classification/regression algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) with solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
• 2+ years of domain experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking.
• 2+ years working with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years handling numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling.
• 1+ year mentoring junior team members.

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
