Senior Data Analyst

Requirements Description and Requirements 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis and advanced proficiency in Excel is must. Power Bi and SQL expertise is an added advantage. This is complete Remote role in US Shifts. Additional Job Description Responsibilities: Produce reports for internal/external customers and senior leadership as needed Translate data into meaningful and measurable metrics for leadership and various teams Experience communicating data driven insights Identify trends and opportunities for improvement Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed including but not limited to research projects Data mine, document, test and debug reporting and analysis using standard tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Generate various monthly, and quarterly, analyses and reporting Possess strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data, and who can facilitate data driven decision-making Possess strong spreadsheet skillset: Advanced Excel proficiency and Power BI are requirements Prepares and provides required reports and/or graphs for tracking, trending and other reporting requirements I?d add: Language Reference English EEO Statement At TELUS Digital, we enable customer experience innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking, and a caring culture that puts customers first.
