Senior Creative Designer - Branding & Packaging

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in Branding and Packaging Design for FMCG, Manufacturing, and Cosmetics brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, modern design approach, and the ability to create premium-quality packaging and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design branding and packaging concepts for FMCG, manufacturing, and cosmetic products

• Create packaging artworks, labels, product mockups, and brand identity assets

• Develop marketing creatives and promotional design materials

• Translate brand ideas into strong visual communication

• Work on layouts, typography, color systems, and product visualization

• Prepare print-ready artwork files with proper production specifications

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution

• Use AI tools for concept development, ideation, and visualization

• Maintain consistency across all branding and packaging designs

• Deliver high-quality work within committed timelines

Preferred Skills

• Strong visual artistry and creative thinking

• Expertise in branding and packaging design for FMCG, Manufacturing, or Cosmetics industries

• Professional approach with strong ownership and time management skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW

• Understanding of print production and packaging requirements

• Experience using AI tools for concepts and visualization

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Good communication and presentation skills

Experience Required

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design with focus on branding and packaging

• Prior experience with FMCG, Manufacturing, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer brands preferred

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects is mandatory
