We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can turn strategy into storytelling and ideas into impact.
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Brand Manager
Working Days : Mon – Sat
Office Time : 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Experience : 3–7 years in copy writing
Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
(Ad agency background will be considered an added advantage.)

As a Senior Copywriter, you will own the brand voice of GAP Group across platforms. You’ll craft sharp, persuasive, and high-impact content that educates, inspires, and converts — while working closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams.
Skills & Requirements
- Exceptional command over English with strong creative and conceptual writing skills
- 3+ years of full-time experience as a copywriter at a reputed advertising or branding agency
- Ability to write Gujarati & Hindi content along with English (mandatory)
- Strong ideation skills with the ability to work within a structured, fast-paced team setup
- Ownership-driven mindset — able to manage projects independently while coordinating with design, marketing & leadership teams
- Experience working across print, digital, web, branding & campaign development
- Must be comfortable with client interactions, presentations, and cross-functional coordination
- Understanding of real-estate, infra, and corporate communication is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Develop fresh ideas, concepts, campaign lines, and brand narratives aligned with GAP Group’s positioning in real estate and smart-city development
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and leadership to build high-quality communication
- Attend project briefings and client meetings to gather insights and translate them into effective communication
- Create content structures, information flows, sitemaps, brand guides, and strategic content frameworks
- Write compelling copy for websites, brochures, landing pages, social media, films, corporate decks, and marketing collaterals
- Conduct basic research on markets, consumer behaviour and industry benchmarks (real estate, infra, smart city, investment, etc.) to shape long-term and short-term campaigns
- Build brand identities — including brand names, taglines, brand stories, mission, vision & value frameworks
- Continuously generate new creative ideas to enhance GAP Group’s marketing and investor communication
- Participate in company upskilling initiatives — workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming forums
- Support HR and internal teams in content creation for events, announcements & corporate culture initiatives
