This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, lease administration, and managing both commercial and residential real estate properties. Key responsibilities include coordinating with property owners, tenants, and agents, as well as managing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The candidate will also contribute to strategic planning to maximize property performance and profitability.

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience handling Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and its market trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field is highly preferred
• Understanding of legal aspects related to real estate is an advantage
