About the Role

Falcon Garden Tools is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Writer & Social Media Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, supporting product marketing initiatives, and driving customer engagement through strategic storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

Website Content Creation (30%)
  • Write and update website content, product descriptions, FAQs, blogs, and brand stories.
  • Ensure timely addition of new products and removal of obsolete products.
  • Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and customer-centric messaging.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and leadership teams for approvals.
Social Media Content & Calendar Management (20%)
  • Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
  • Develop engaging posts, captions, reels, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers for visual content creation.
  • Provide scripts and voiceovers for social media videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Dealer Communication & Marketing Support (20%)
  • Create dealer newsletters, brochures, presentations, and product launch communication.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through effective written communication.
  • Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and benefit-driven.
Festive Greetings & Employer Branding (10%)
  • Develop festive greetings and employer branding content.
  • Create employee engagement and company culture communication.
  • Ensure culturally relevant and timely content delivery.
Knowledge Base & SEO Optimization (20%)
  • Create SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
  • Build and maintain FAQs and knowledge base content.
  • Optimize digital content to improve online visibility and website traffic.
