What You'll Do -
Looking for an opportunity to anchor program management and analytics-driven reporting across one of TTEC's fastest-growing global capability hubs? In this senior role you will partner with GCC leadership and global functional stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, build standardized reporting frameworks, and translate operational data into actionable insights for the Executive Leadership Team.
This role is critical to maturing the GCC operating model as we scale capability and headcount in India — anchoring the Hyderabad GCC's program governance and analytics function, and building a foundational Centre of Excellence (COE) for value articulation and process excellence.
You'll report to the VP, Global Capability Center.

What You'll Do -

In this senior role you will partner with GCC leadership and global functional stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, build standardized reporting frameworks, and translate operational data into actionable insights for the Executive Leadership Team.
This role is critical to maturing the GCC operating model as we scale capability and headcount in India — anchoring the Hyderabad GCC's program governance and analytics function, and building a foundational Centre of Excellence (COE) for value articulation and process excellence.
You'll report to the VP, Global Capability Center.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Lead program governance for cross-functional GCC initiatives — define charters, milestones, RAID logs, and governance cadence.
- Build and own the GCC executive reporting suite — scorecards, OKR dashboards, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive advanced analytics on workforce, productivity, cost, and capability metrics to inform ELT decisions.
- Establish process improvement playbooks (Lean / Six Sigma principles) and lead continuous improvement projects across functions.
- Partner with global CIO SG&A, HR, Finance, and functional leaders to align GCC priorities with enterprise strategy.
- Mentor the Business Analyst and build a COE for value articulation and process excellence.
- Establish a standardized GCC executive reporting cadence operational within 60 days of onboarding.
- 10–13 years of experience in program governance, business operations, or analytics — preferably within a GCC / Global In-House Center environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage structured problem-solving frameworks and hands-on familiarity using AI for reporting along with good familiarity of reporting tools like PowerBI and Looker
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing without authority.
- Proven track record of building executive reporting suites (scorecards, OKR dashboards, MBR/QBR cadence).
- Hands-on delivery experience with Lean / Six Sigma process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field (Master's / MBA preferred).
