Job Description
SEEKING: Senior Cloud Architect
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect with solid experience in this role.
This role combines hands-on DevOps execution with architecture design and strategic cloud planning, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across a multi-country industrial environment.
You will be a key driver in the digital transformation roadmap.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
► Cloud Architecture & Strategy
● Design and lead the migration from hybrid/on-prem infrastructure to cloud-first architecture (Azure preferred; AWS is a plus).
● Define long-term infrastructure roadmap aligned with business growth and international expansion.
● Architect scalable environments for:
ERP systems
Manufacturing systems (MES, production control)
B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms
Data & analytics platforms
► DevOps & Automation Leadership
● Design and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.
● Introduce Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).
● Standardize deployment processes across subsidiaries.
●Improve release governance and change management processes.
► Reliability & High Availability
● Define HA/DR strategies and disaster recovery policies.
● Implement observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
● Reduce downtime for business-critical operations (production & logistics).
►Security & Compliance (DevSecOps)
● Lead DevSecOps practices.
● Implement IAM policies and Zero Trust principles.
● Ensure compliance with GDPR and international data regulations.
● Conduct infrastructure risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
► Team Leadership & Governance
● Mentor DevOps and IT infrastructure engineers.
● Collaborate with ERP teams, developers, cybersecurity, and external vendors.
● Act as technical decision-maker for infrastructure investments.
● Coordinate infrastructure standards across international subsidiaries.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
►Technical Expertise
● 6+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture.
● Proven experience designing cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
● Strong experience with:
Azure (preferred) or AWS
Kubernetes & containerization (Docker)
CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
Linux & Windows Server environments
● Strong networking knowledge (VPNs, firewalls, segmentation).
● Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments or ERP ecosystems is highly valued.
► Architecture & Governance
● Experience defining cloud governance frameworks.
● Cost optimization (FinOps awareness).
● Ability to design scalable multi-country infrastructure environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
● Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent).
● Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
● Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
● Knowledge of data platform architecture (Azure Data Factory, Power BI environments).
LANGUAGE :
● Spanish (required)
● English (professional proficiency; international coordination)

- · Rate: €330/€420 per day + VAT (according to the experience provided)
