Senior Clinical Pharmacist: Tuberculosis Programs

Jiv Daya Foundation is seeking a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to support and expand its Tuberculosis (TB) initiatives across India. This is a field-based role focused on strengthening TB care by identifying new partner hospitals and treatment centers, coordinating with healthcare providers, supporting patient follow-up, and ensuring effective implementation of medicine access and patient support programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with TB treatment programs, public health initiatives, hospitals, or government health systems, along with strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR only.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Educational Qualification:
• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc, MSc, BPT, Nursing, MPH, or other healthcare/public health degree.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
• Tuberculosis (TB) treatment and patient support programs
• National TB Elimination Program (NTEP) or public health initiatives
• Hospital or NGO-based healthcare programs
• Patient counseling and treatment adherence
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

• Identify and onboard new hospitals, TB treatment centers, NGOs, and healthcare institutions for collaboration.
• Conduct site visits to assess institutional needs and opportunities for program support.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, TB officers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and program staff.
• Represent Jiv Daya Foundation during institutional meetings and field visits.

• Coordinate patient enrollment into TB support programs.
• Conduct regular follow-up with patients to monitor treatment adherence and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to address treatment challenges and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation.

• Support implementation and expansion of TB-related healthcare initiatives across partner institutions.
• Coordinate medicine distribution and ensure timely availability of patient support resources where applicable.
• Liaise with internal teams, hospitals, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor program activities and identify opportunities for improving service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of hospitals, patient follow-ups, and program activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on program progress.
• Track key program indicators, patient outcomes, and institutional engagement.
• Draft professional correspondence, meeting notes, and program documentation.

• Experience working with government hospitals, public health programs, or non-profit organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
