Role Description The Agency Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring agency partners and advisors to grow the company’s distribution network. The officer will conduct regular training sessions, support partners in achieving sales and service targets, and monitor performance through reviews and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include building strong relationships with agency teams, coordinating marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires identifying new business opportunities, providing ongoing market insights, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance partner support and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Fundraising and Philanthropy, with the ability to build and nurture relationships that support long-term financial commitments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and Research abilities to effectively engage stakeholders, understand market trends, and prepare accurate reports.
  • Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Annual Giving, with an understanding of structured contribution programs and donor or client retention strategies.
  • Candidates should have demonstrated skills in business development, sales or advisory roles, preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment domains.
  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or investment advisory are an advantage.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru, managing field activities, client meetings, and partner engagements as required.
