Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION – B.E Degree completion in IT / Computer Science stream.

Technical Skillset Requirements

Senior – Customer Support (U.S Customers) / Senior – Technical Troubleshooting
Any CRM experience (Service Now, MS Dynamics, BMC Remedy)
SAP Basics - nice to have but not mandatory.
Batch Monitoring / Application Monitoring (nice to have but not mandatory)
Handling issues within 1- hour to Same Business Day priority

Knowledge & Experience

Excellent English communication skills, and customer service skills required.
Likely to receive / perform 3-5 calls per shifts for establishing connectivity with products.
24/7 rotational shift basis with a shift change once every 2 months.
Should possess mailbox monitoring and handling skills.
Self-Motivated and independent worker when necessary to achieve high output results.
Strong communication skills via phone and email for interacting with staff, colleagues, customers, and external third parties
Detail oriented individual who is a people person and has a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions but also has confidence in making suggestions to improve processes.

Preferred: (3 - 5 years of continuous work experience)

Technical Help Desk – troubleshooting experience.
