We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth initiatives and act as a catalyst for commercial expansion. In this role, you’ll transform cold leads into valuable partnerships through strategic prospecting and engagement with top-tier healthcare and post-acute care decision-makers, while building lasting relationships to grow our sales pipeline. Your expertise in outreach and passion for results will directly impact our mission to personalize and scale medication management, shaping the future of healthcare by delivering innovative solutions that improve operational performance and patient outcomes. Location: Remote

Salary: $73,000 base with additional earnings potential through a competitive commission structure

Reports To: VP of Revenue Operations

Travel Requirement: Limited (up to 10% as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Prospecting

  • Identify and research high-value prespective clients within the healthcare and post-acute care sectors
  • Utilize digital tools, databases, and industry research to build and maintain a targeted prospect list
  • Execute creative and strategic outreach campaigns to generate engagement with key decision-makers

Meeting Generation

  • Conduct outreach through multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Own the front end of the sales cycle by generating qualified meetings for the Sales team
  • Build initial relationships with prospective clients and assess fit based on organizational needs and solution alignment

Pipeline Architecture

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, prospect engagement, and opportunity development within CRM systems
  • Contribute to building a predictable and sustainable sales pipeline

Value Messaging

  • Effectively communicate the Clarest Health value proposition to healthcare leaders and decision-makers
  • Deliver clear, concise messaging that highlights the impact of Clarest Health solutions on operational performance and patient outcomes

Market Intelligence

  • Gather insights from conversations with prospects regarding industry trends, operational challenges, and competitive landscape
  • Share key learnings with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support strategic planning and messaging refinement

Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Experience prospecting within healthcare, healthcare technology, or post-acute care environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools preferred
