Role Overview

Monday to Friday 10-7

Saturday 10-2:30 (WFH)

Address: 7No. Saha Lane, Kolkata

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who can identify and onboard the right brands for

Ad Scalers. This role focuses on quality over volume, understanding business needs, building

trust, and bringing in brands aligned with our long-term growth approach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

- Identify and research potential e-commerce brands that fit our ideal client profile

- Focus on brands with active ad spends and strong growth potential

- Qualify leads based on business stage, budget, and scalability

Sales Process Management

- Connect with founders and decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and calls

- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls

- Understand brand challenges and position our audit-led approach

- Manage the pipeline from first contact to audit handover

Relationship Building

- Maintain professional and consultative communication with prospects

- Build long-term relationships with founders and brand teams

- Ensure smooth handover from sales to the execution team

Pipeline & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records in the BD tracker

- Share weekly updates on pipeline, conversions, and lead quality

- Focus on quality conversions rather than high-volume activity

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in e-commerce and Agency background)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to understand business problems, not just sell services

- Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers

- Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven

- Experience in agency or performance marketing sales is a plus
