Job Description

Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can independently handle the US market, engage decision-makers, and build strong business relationships through a consultative approach



Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads in the US market
  • Engage with US insurance agencies, brokers, and decision-makers
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements
  • Schedule meetings and demos with interested prospects
  • Prepare lead summaries and handover details accurately
  • Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly lead targets
  • Support junior BD executives when required



Required Skills & Experience


  • 3–6+ years of B2B Business Development / Lead Generation
  • Proven exposure to the US market (mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in outsourcing / services / IT / insurance is a plus
  • Comfortable with Zoom, email outreach, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented


Compensation & Benefits


  • CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹7.2 LPA (fixed, based on experience)
  • Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹6 LPA
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
