Manager – Sales Execution

Role Overview:

1. This role will be responsible for executing sales of 250 Cr+ in coordination with Sales, PPC, Manufacturing, Quality, and logistics team.
2. Will be acting as a single-point-of-contact for all Key Customers for the execution job and will keep them informed about the status of their orders.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the OTR (Order-to-remittance) cycle of order execution
• Track execution milestones including drawings, manufacturing, dispatch, and billing
• Act as the primary customer interface during execution phase
• Resolve execution issues affecting delivery timelines
• Support invoicing, collections, and order closure
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain execution MIS and reporting dashboards
• Managing commercials like payment collection, Bank Guarantee etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• BA/B.Com/B. Tech

• 8–15 years of experience in sales coordination or project execution

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and project workflows

• Customer-facing experience is essential
