About the Role

Digifinity is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who understands how agency sales actually work. The ideal candidate should know how to identify prospects, initiate conversations with decision-makers, pitch agency services, and qualify leads that can convert into real business opportunities.

We are specifically looking for someone who can generate business from international markets and build relationships with global clients.

This is not a fresher or training role. Prior agency experience is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels
  • Build connections and generate business opportunities from international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, and other global regions
  • Initiate conversations with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and decision-makers
  • Pitch Digifinity’s services including Performance Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Branding, and Tech Solutions
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and qualify leads
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Coordinate internally with strategy and delivery teams for proposal discussions
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for the next stage of deal closure
  • Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships with prospects and clients


Mandatory Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, tech, or creative agency
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, pitching, and lead qualification
  • Strong understanding of agency service models and sales processes
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and prospecting
  • Ability to identify and approach decision-makers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or acquiring clients from international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, etc.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, web development, or tech services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales pipeline management systems
  • Strong follow-up discipline and structured sales approach


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
