Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the manufacturing domain to drive business process improvements and technology solutions within complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Guide elicitation activities and identify inconsistencies in project requirements
• Document features and propose solutions to incorporate new features
• Create process flow diagrams, user interface mockups and logical models
• Explain the rationale for changes to systems, processes or capabilities
• Identify and communicate risk, provide options to manage or mitigate risk
• Validate testing strategy, assist with test plan creation and write test cases
• Conduct UAT and engage business stakeholders in testing activities
• Collaborate with business, EPAM team members and third-party development teams
• Conduct demos and knowledge transfer sessions, document stakeholder feedback
• Review, qualify, raise and prioritize bugs
• Participate in deployments, assist with cutover activities and post-deployment sanity testing

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis within manufacturing
• Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes from sales order to batch dispatch
• Expertise in manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP
• Background in MES processes and systems
• Qualifications in Agile frameworks and capability to perform Product Owner responsibilities
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD and stakeholder management
• Skills in SQL, DevOps and Microsoft Visio or similar tools
• Competency in Dynamics 365 and PowerPoint
• Experience with agile methodology
