Job Description

The Power Platform Business Analyst is responsible for understanding, analyzing business unit needs, and designing innovative, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop automated solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Creating detailed requirement documentation, providing solution architecture guidance to technical teams, and managing user acceptance testing are among the core duties of this role.

Experience : 8 to 11 Years

Location : Bangalore

Advanced application development with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps). Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, FRD).

Business process modeling and optimization (Process Mapping, BPMN). Stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration

Advanced Business Analysis: Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremony experience.

UX/UI principles and user experience design .

Change Management and user adoption strategies

Certification (Any*) IIBA Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA);Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
