Senior Business Analyst – Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Work closely with onsite proxy product owner to grasp product vision and roadmap
• Identify product capabilities, features, and functions
• Define epics, user stories, and success criteria
• Elaborate user stories detailing business logic and expected outcomes
• Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
• Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
• Track and integrate feedback into the backlog with appropriate prioritization
• Engage in incident triaging to resolve business issues
• Serve as primary contact for business questions and clarifications

Requirements

• Experience of 7 to 9 years in related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Master’s degree in computer science preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Background in financial services, preferably with wealth management
• Skills in product management and business acumen
• Proficiency in communication and presentation
• Attention to detail
• English language skills at an advanced level
