The Role: Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst – Finance to support the Business Finance team by delivering actionable insights, building analytical solutions, and enabling data-backed business decisions.

As a Business Analyst – Finance, you will work closely with Business Finance, Product, Data, and Business teams to analyze financial and operational performance, build scalable reporting solutions, and generate insights that influence strategic decisions.

What You'll Own

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a sound understanding of business finance and hands-on expertise in Python and SQL

• Partner with the Business Finance team to support financial planning, performance tracking, and business analysis.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to generate meaningful business insights.
• Develop automated dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards for key business and financial metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, revenue trends, costs, profitability, and unit economics to support business decision-making.
• Build financial and operational models to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Data Analyst supporting Business Finance or FP&A functions.
• Mandatory experience in the fintech industry with strong understanding of business finance concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and business KPIs.
