Senior Business Analyst (Evening Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment transactions across loan portfolios, real estate, middle‑market, and specialty financing.
• Own end-to-end client project delivery with full project management responsibility.
• Oversee product implementation and post‑implementation to ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and development teams for platform features, changes, and issues.
• Support asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post‑deal analysis, and business planning.
• Identify and resolve team or stakeholder conflicts using mediation and consensus-building.
• Mentor team members and serve as their primary point of contact.

Required Experience / Skill Set

• MBA/PGDM in Finance/IT (or equivalent); B.E./B.Tech mandatory.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proven project and people management experience.
• Ability to take initiative and perform under pressure.
• Strong interest in technology; IT/development experience is an advantage.
