About The Role
SARC is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to be the technical and strategic face of its cybersecurity practice during client engagements. This role is primarily focused on pre-sales activities and solution design, requiring the individual to showcase SARC’s cybersecurity capabilities effectively. The Solution Architect will be responsible for developing tailored cybersecurity solutions, engaging in technical discussions with client security teams, supporting RFP responses, and managing proof of concept (PoC) engagements across enterprise accounts. The primary objective is to own client pitches, establish credibility, and transform opportunities into well-defined scopes of work. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders in enterprise and regulated environments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of comprehensive experience in cybersecurity, including at least 8 years in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, or technical advisory roles. Proven experience engaging with C-level executives such as CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs within Indian enterprises and regulated sectors is essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to design integrated, multi-domain cybersecurity solutions that cover network security, endpoint protection, security operations centers (SOCs), cloud security, and compliance frameworks. Experience in managing RFP/RFI processes, especially for government and BFSI engagements, is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience managing PoC projects—from scoping and coordination to presentation and commercial conversion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences. Candidates should be willing to work in the Delhi-NCR region, with the flexibility to travel across India as required.

Responsibilities
Client-facing Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert during client meetings, showcasing SARC’s capabilities, OEM solutions, and assessment methodologies to senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, and board members.
- Deliver customized, structured presentations that align technical architecture with the client’s environment, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Address technical objections with professionalism, leveraging broad domain expertise across network security, endpoint, cloud, SOC, and data protection areas.
- Build and nurture long-term trusted advisor relationships with client security teams, positioning SARC as a strategic cybersecurity partner.
- Design comprehensive multi-domain cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs, including network segmentation, Zero Trust architecture, SOC transformation, cloud security, and API protection.
- Create high-level solution architectures, scope documents, and engagement frameworks, translating complex environments into actionable remediation and transformation plans.
- Ensure all technical recommendations align with applicable regulatory frameworks such as RBI IT Governance, SEBI CSCRF, IRDAI Guidelines, CERT-In Directives, and the DPDP Act 2023.
- Lead the technical components of RFP/RFI responses for BFSI and PSU cybersecurity projects, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and differentiators.
- Coordinate with OEM partners on product pricing, licensing, and proposal specifics.
- Align responses with evaluation criteria used in government and regulated-sector procurement processes.
- Position OEM solutions such as ColorTokens and Prophaze within SARC’s integrated cybersecurity offerings, emphasizing their role in a broader security strategy.
- Define PoC scope, success criteria, and execution plan; coordinate with OEM engineering teams and manage client expectations throughout the process.
- Maintain updated knowledge of OEM product roadmaps, competitive landscape, and deployment methodologies to support credible client interactions.
- Develop reusable assets such as presentations, solution frameworks, case studies, and objection-handling guides to support the cybersecurity practice.
- Contribute to the development of assessment methodologies, service catalogues, and delivery playbooks.
- Identify emerging client needs and opportunities for new OEM partnerships or service offerings to enhance SARC’s cybersecurity portfolio.
