Senior Business Analyst – Digital Healthcare Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support large-scale digital and system integration initiatives within a healthcare-focused digital ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant-type profile who combines strong business analysis expertise with solid project management experience, and who can operate confidently across stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery governance.

You will play a key role in shaping requirements, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for new initiatives and system enhancements
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and UML diagrams
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses
• Identify and recommend business process improvements

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Produce effort estimates, manage project schedules, and track execution
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, providing clear status reporting
• Participate in governance activities such as CAB meetings and deployment rehearsals

Stakeholder Management

• Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders (business teams, IT, vendors, regulatory bodies)
• Align expectations, manage communication, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Facilitate collaboration across teams and departments
• Mediate conflicts and drive practical, business-aligned solutions
• Foster a cooperative, delivery-focused working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology, software, or digital environments
• Proven experience managing projects end to end, not only requirements
• Strong background in process optimization and improvement
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience or exposure to healthcare IT or digital healthcare systems is highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
