Demand Planning Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist who can deliver accurate, data‑driven demand forecasts to help optimize supply chain performance. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Dev Team and regional teams to build a unified commercial demand plan for the category.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust baseline forecasts and coordinate with category teams for demand alignment.
• Manage the dynamic forecasting process, ensuring consensus across business teams.
• Lead event planning & management, ensuring on‑time and successful execution.
• Conduct regular forecast performance reviews; track accuracy and bias.
• Integrate forecasts into medium‑ and long‑term planning cycles.
• Support new product forecasting and post‑event analysis with clear insights.
• Monitor CSL and work with supply teams to resolve demand‑supply gaps.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning/branch supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and hands‑on proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Exposure to forecasting systems like SAP APO is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time horizons (short/medium/long‑term planning).
• Graduate/PG in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Operations preferred.
