Sr Manager - Brand & Go To Market – 10+ Years - Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing initiatives that drive growth across multiple high-impact brands. This role requires full ownership of strategic marketing plans and end-to-end campaign execution to effectively promote products and services within a competitive sector.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and geographies, ensuring alignment with key business cycles.
• Driving lead generation through digital, offline, referral, and event-based channels to ensure high-quality enquiries and engagement.
• Building and executing comprehensive engagement programs, including workshops, open houses, and strategic tie-ups to enhance brand visibility.
• Tracking marketing budgets across brands, monitoring spend efficiency, and ensuring ROAS/CPL targets are consistently met.
• Overseeing creative development and digital initiatives (SEM, email, social media) to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.

Requirements

• BBA / BMS / Any Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a proven Business Manager or Marketing role.
• Proven track record in driving measurable growth through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Deep on-ground understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
