Salary : 8L -9L P.A

Role Description: The Senior Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City Branch). This role is responsible for leading branch operations, overseeing sales performance across all foreign exchange services (Cash, Prepaid Card & Remittance), and ensuring outstanding customer experience. The Senior Branch Manager will manage and coach branch teams, drive business development initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with central support functions. The role also involves local market analysis, implementing promotional activities, and contributing to branch-level budgeting and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant prior experience in managing a branch or unit/team in a multi-location organization; experience in travel and foreign exchange services is highly beneficial.
• Strong branch management and team supervision experience is mandatory.
• Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on service quality, retention, and handling escalations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
